What is CheerHit?
CheerHit is an all-in-one app for cheerleading, built for two audiences at once. Clubs get a web dashboard that runs the club: teams and roster by level and age division, a season of practices, competitions and travel, attendance with RSVPs and reminders, time away, polls and staff permissions. Athletes, coaches and club staff get a mobile app, free to download on iOS and Android, carrying their own CheerHit pass, a record of the clubs they have been with, the seasons they have done, what they did there and, for the people who compete, the positions they play and the level they have reached. The two halves share one account and stay in step, so an answer given on a phone is on the dashboard the moment it is tapped. Nobody needs a club to use the app; clubs pay per team after a 14-day trial.
Do athletes, coaches and staff need a club to use CheerHit?
No. Anyone can create a CheerHit pass and build their record from the mobile app, then join a club whenever they are ready. Athletes between clubs, coaches, club staff and anyone taking a season off keep theirs intact.
Do I need to be in a club to use CheerHit?
No. Download the app, build your CheerHit pass and keep it whether or not you are with a club right now. Join one from the app whenever you are ready.
How much does it cost for clubs?
Clubs pay per team, never per athlete. The first team is full price and every additional team costs less, so a club running six teams pays considerably less than six times the headline price. Each team carries unlimited athletes, so growing a roster never costs more. There are two tiers: Novice covers the roster, scheduling, attendance, RSVPs, competitions, time away and polls, and Elite adds attendance analytics and the club document library. You can pay monthly or annually, in euros, US dollars or pounds, and annual billing works out cheaper. Every club starts on a 14-day free trial of the full dashboard with no credit card, and teams can be added or dropped at any time from the billing page.
Do you keep your CheerHit pass if you leave a club?
Always. A CheerHit pass belongs to the person, not the club: the clubs, the seasons, what you did there. It stays intact whether you switch clubs or are not in one at all.
Which devices does CheerHit work on?
Athletes, coaches and club staff use the iOS and Android app on the go, while clubs get a full web dashboard. Everything stays in sync across both.
